V.C, CA Throat...hurts...

I had my surgery today. The before part was ok, needles and blood and all the fun stuff, but it doesn't bother me, so it was good. They took me into a room and gassed me without warning, which was spectacular. I woke up with some of the worst pain of my LIFE. But I played it off that I was fine because I wanted to go home. I've been trying to sleep all day and it's not working. :-(

It hurts to swallow...badly. There's some blood in my throat that I have to keep out of there, which is always a fun way to spend time. I better be ok by Saturday, because I am really looking forward to it.

Anyhow, the moral of this is, if you have a choice, don't get your tonsils out! Actually do it, it's amazing. I can breathe!

 

Did they at least give you some drugs to keep the pain down? Are you still good to have the meeting at your house or should we move it, I don't wanna cause you any additional pain.
