Thursday Arrivals

Who's all coming in Thursday? My buddies and I should arrive sometime Thursday afternoon/evening and was just wondering if there were gonna be any others around.

Maybe some of us should try to hook up for dinner or something!?

 

I get in on Thursday, although i dont know what time. Thats a cool idea to meet some where so we kinda know each other for the convention, i'd be down with that.

 

We will all be there already, obviously. I am always down for a night out. I sure I can get a few people together if everyone wants to meet up.

 

My dad and I are getting there Thursday evening.

How about a get-together at the Rathskeller? I saw it on Indianapolis Citysearch. Looks cool.

If you came upon the Rathskeller by accident, then what a quinky dink! Because that's where we (the Indy Knights) have our meetings. As for Thursday I might be able to swing a night out with the rest of you. I am suppose to have my son, but I might see if his Mom will take him. (She doesn't like having any more then what she has to.)

 

I'll be arriving Thursday night at 10pm.

 

Another Thursday arrival here. Hopefully early because I want to get some shots of the surrounding area before the sun goes down for my little documentary that I'm making of the whoe thing.

As for meeting up on Thursday night, I'm suggesting the World Mardi Gras Entertainment Complex. I saw it on AOL's digital city section for Indinapolis. I think it sounds kinda like a bar/dance club type thing. It's address is 49 West MAryland Stree. (Not sure if that's right by the Convention Center or not.

I get there Wednesday night, so I'll be settled in and hangin' out by the time you Thursday folks get in.

I should get there thursday in the afternoon and I was thinking about going to see the starfighter exhibit at the Children's museum.... Unless it's really for children
Can somebody tell me if it's worth go seeing?

 

I will be getting into town Sometime Thursday evening. We plan on taking the kids to check out the hotel pool that night.

 

I get in Indy on Wednesday afternoon. I wouldn't mind meeing other SW people before the celebration. It makes it more fun knowing other people are like me.

 

Cool. Good to see lots of interest. I know that with the FanForce party Friday night (it seems $17 has scared some people off of that) and the concert Saturday night that there isn't much of a chance for us to hang out outside of CII. It would be great if some locals could suggest a place where we could get together that's close to the convention center. I've seen 2 suggestions so far (Rathskeller and Mardi Gras complex), but I have no clue if these are anywhere near the center.

Any suggestions whojedi or skyla?

The Toronto Long Line should be arriving Thursday evening.

 

I'll be there around 5pm.

 

Paperclip_X and I should be hitting town around 6 or 7pm. We're planning on leaving Omaha by 7 or 8am. With any luck, we'll be able to stuck to that scheduled and not get sidelined. The next four weeks can't go fast enough!!!!!

 

I am coming in Thursday morning. I want to go to the Zoo and the Speedway.

 

Man, I'm beginning to feel like I should have reserved a room for Thursday too!

I've reserved a room for just Friday night and Saturday night. I'll be coming in Friday morning around 6:30am (I'm only about 3 hours away by car).

Is there *ANYONE* else just staying Friday and Saturday nights!?!?

 

Should be arriving around 4:00 or so...hoping to beat the rush hour traffic.

 

My father and i (and perhaps one or 2 friends) will be arriving from columbus, ohio early thursday afternoon

I dont know what we will be doing...perhaps the speedway or shopping at the FAO at the mall lol
