    Sorry if this has been asked before, but can anyone tell me the name of the piece of music at the end of THX-1138, with THX sillhouetted against the sunset? Is it a piece of music from Handel's "Messiah"? I just wonder, because I heard the same music in a British TV show called "Messiah" a few years ago, funnily enough during those end credits too, and I didn't link them until I got THX on DVD a few days ago.

    It's a piece composed by Bach that was later adapted and conducted by a composer named Mendelssohn called "Matthaeus Passion".
