Of course its a load of crap. Especially for people outside of the US, since there is only five DLP theatres in all of Europe.
That would seem pretty unfair to a lot of very devoted fans, IMHO.
And even for the people in the US, it still would suck, since there is not very many digital theatres either.
I think this is just a late April Fool's prank.
