Tickets...

I have heard on the news that people are waiting in line for days on end just to get tickets. Are these tickets just to the movie, or something special? Does this really happen?

We just walk up to the box office and buy them. We don't have to wait in lines or anything.

 

It isn't a matter of just getting tickets to the first showings. Anybody who wants that can probably order it over the internet.

Lining up is a social event. You meet new people, make new friends, I even know two people who met at the Episode I line up and are now engaged to be married!

It is something that can only be experienced, and I encourage everyone to join a line-up in their area to discover the experience for themselves.

 

I can understand going to make friends, but I don't get the waiting in line for days part.

I will be going to the first showing, but I won't have to wait in lines. I just walk up to the teller and ask for tickets, buy some muchies, and walk in to the theater.
