Thanks for linking this. I can't figure out how to do this. In the threadstart were some buttons called "Link" and "Picture" I choose picture, next time I´ll try link, right ?? And by the way, the is not finished. I think it´s 50% for now. greetings Emumaniac
There's only a few places with reference for this. Hard to find. Looks good so far. Needs more details. I think there IS another schmiter? model at SCIFI-MESHES WIP... or maybe here too. Search over there b/c I think this guy has refs.
There's some good schematics of the Scimitar in Star Wars, the Essential Guide to Vehicles and Vessels. If you can't get a hold of the book, I could scan the page and email it to you. From what I can tell, yours does look pretty accurate. The only thing thats a bit different is your wing. the middle square section in the book is very narrow, a rectangle. Good luck, looks good.
Well, the different wing was my intention to get an advanced and more powerfull scimitar. I´m modeling my SW stuff for a time some years after "Return of the Jedi". After this one I´ll try to do a "Tie Hunter". Good idea to send me some references, nice offer......watch my profile again, i made my E-mail public now. And to ZOO, yes it needs some more detail, but I´ll add this with normaltextures to keep it more useable within animations. I hope that it works in my mind. Emumaniac

I build up a blendobject between the panels bars to the mainbody and decide what kind of basetexture i'll use. That's all for now. Just beginning slowly after the newyearparty.
