    I'm currently working on an Imperial officer's uniform, and found a small package at A.C. Moore of pins and keepers similar to what's used on modern military uniforms. If you're not sure what I mean, items like rank insignia have at least two metal pins affixed to the back of the insignia, while the wearer is protected from the pins by circular clasp-like keepers. But I have a question... how would I attached them to my cap disk and rank badges? :S
