It burst for sure...now there is talk about what to do next. At least the boy is comfortable while the docs discuss. I am home with Bean and waiting for the call to bring food and change shifts. I said to my mom just yesterday, "whats that kid eating, hes had the stomach flu four times this month." Not the stomach flu, it appears.

    Will keep you all updated.

Please send some good vibes. My co-workers baby, who is maybe 2 months old, stopped breathing for 3 minutes last night before being revived and is currently in ICU on a breathing machine.

We are all very distraught today=(

The baby is doing better. He is finally awake and moving around and they took him off the ventilator and put him on a CPAP machine. All very good signs.

After getting some unsettling news today, I'd like to ask everyone to take a moment to thank a friend. Too often we lose sight of how important they are in our lives and don't tell them enough how much they mean to us. Please take the time to let a friend know their value in your life.

If I find out that one more Family/Friend/Co-worker is battling cancer this year, I'm gonna I'm gonna hide in my closet for fear of being a carrier or bad luck charm. A bit disconcerting and scary....I'm just sayin.

We've just learned today that her condition, while not as bad as it could be, is bad enough to require the full surgical procedure. :(

[:D] I'm sorry, Zoo. Fingers crossed for her.... I'm glad she's getting treatment, though. I'm still furious at my aunt for thinking Jesus will cure her and then going to Internet quackery for answers....

Hey everyone, My dad is going to have surgery on his neck to relieve neuropathy. They think it will take away some of the numbness and partial paralysis in the arms and legs.

Send him some good vibes if you can.

    thank you guys

    What a manic day!

    Just got an update.
Dad is being prepped for surgery. He is having 3 cervical disks removed and they are adding a plastic cage filled with cadaver bone chips and fusing it all with metal plates and screws.

He has bone disease and fractured disks. Pieces of bone are pressing up against his spinal canal. If he doesn?t have the surgery today it?s a short matter of time before he is paralyzed from the neck down.
