Is there a deadline for the CR assignment? This "election" is probably more appropriate when we meet in person. I think we should use CHADS for the election process.

I can clear up the CR thing. After you have had three meetings or events then you have an election and pick the city rep. If there's anything else your not quite sure about let me know.

Sorry guys. I could have told you what Rox said. He and I had this conversation about a month or so ago. It takes three officially recognized meetings in order to be a Fan Force. After that, the rep can be chosen. And of course, you get those pretty blue colors. But it's colors with no powers.
