Staying @ the Wellesley out by the airport (5 miles from the Convention Ctr). I got a DBL Queen Suite for $50/night.

WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS ? A ROAD TRAIN WOULD BE NICE .

Did you order them at the same time?

I ordered mine one at a time, that way I got 4 Fan Club Lanyard which lets you into the Fan Club Lounge & into the event an hour earlier than everyone else. That might be why.

Travel Plans - we're looking at an 18 hour drive (at least), so I think that leaving Thursday and be at the event in a matter of hours would be pushing it. Plus, I'm driving w/ kids, so night driving is my best option. I was thinking of leaving right after dinner on Wednesday, thus getting into Indy in the early afternoon of Thursday (right around check in time). The return trip, I was going to see how I was doing on Sunday. If I'm up to it, I was thinking of leaving Sunday night, but I'll probably leave well before the crack of dawn on Monday morning (missing rush hour altogether). I've made this drive as part of a longer one many times, & you never want to be anywhere near the 3 big cities on the trip during rush hour. If you can make good time, this is your best chance of missing rush hour in all 3 (KC/St. Louis/Indy).

 

I am going to Indiana as well. PtrsonsZoo informed me months ago of the Wellesley. I check in Thur. May 02, and check out Mon May 06. I am driving there. O what a ride it will be.

 

I THINK I SCREWED UP ! I GOT RESERVATIONS FOR THE 3RD , 4TH , 5TH AND 6TH . I GUESS I HAVE A CALL TO MAKE !
