To like Jag or not to like Jag? That is the question

Do you like Jag Fel? Or do you hate him more than anything in the galaxy?

Tell me if you like him or not and why.

 

Chissdude keeps waxing on about Jags virtues to me but I'm not buying it. j/k

I like him and have been wishing for awhile now that he would show up again.

 

I thought he was pretty cool and he'd make a good complement to Jaina. He wasn't a great guy... but he might be a lot nicer if Jaina "made friends" with him... hehe...

 

jagged he much better in any catigorie than that lowly spiceminer barring the force.

the lowly spiceminer commet was to kyp, but i am ambivalent towrd Zekk.

 

I dont like him that much, but only because we havent seen anything of him. Stackpole made him sound too good, so I'm scared of a Corran MKII

No I have not tied chissdude up and thrown him in a closet somewhere. Actually I would like to hear his reasons for his dislike of Jag.

Uh.......I don't know. What'said like a whole 26 words ever. Gotten into like 3 pages. Add up all lines mentioning him and what do you have, like 7 maybe? I really can't judge too much in so little time.

 

Jarik : Thanks for your opinion! Hopefully he will get more time in the next few books so you can make a decision.

 

I dislike him for the sole reason that so many people do like him, with no reason. What is this "he seemed nice and caring?" Seemed? Seemed? You've got no idea what he's like, he hasn't done anything yet. You've fallen in love with what he might be like and that irks me.

That being said, he might turn out to be a good character. But until that happens, I will dislike him on principle (Someone needs to do it).

Face Loran : Thanks for bringing up something that no one else has. You have a point those of us who like him like what we are assuming he is. Yet couldn't you also say those who don't like him dislike what you assume he is or isn't?

Sure. If someone assumed he was a bad person, arrogant, or anything else, you'd be absolutely correct.

As for me, I don't assume he's a bad person. I just say I don't like him because we need a dissenting person and this whole "Jag is Great!" idea mildly (very mildly) annoys me .
