Today marks a monumental change in my posting habits.

I'm changing my icon.

That's right, no longer will the little droid who could say so much with one look grace the left side of my posts. At long last, the B'omarr monk was finally made an icon after years of requests by me. At long last, the e-circle is complete. The sleeper has awakened. The propecy has been fulfilled. The chosen one has returned. The bacon is on the sandwich. The deli is now selling chicken, etc.

Now, it's time to celebrate like Balki would have on his native island of Meepous.

 

I repeat.



This is like when Marilyn married DiMaggio. Staggeringly unthinkable.

You with a different icon is like...me with a different icon.

Bully for you, my friend, for taking a step out and changing the course of history.

Now go and party with your sheep, Mipos style.

 

Mipos. That looks more correct, that it should be spelled Mipos.

Since we're talking about Perfect Strangers and celebrating, here are the words to the Beefy Bobka song, off the top of my head.

I don't know. This is going to take awhile to get used to.

 

Though I didn't know Watson really at all outside of the BB House, I must say that this is...in fact...a monumental thing. I could always tell when "B'omarr" posted...simply due to that little droid fella under his name...


It's wierd how you get to know and notice people...even folks you don't know...based solely on the icon they use...isn't it?

The b'omarr monks were some kind of spindely spider robots with human heads in little bowls they carried around. It's my user name because it's my favorite Star Wars action figure I am a geek.
