It's about intent dude. Your posted video was more likely intentionally depraved/more or less "sick" rather than posting cos it's really funny. The one I posted was more innocent with a kid getting over excited for Wii and his large canine also getting excited and pouncing/dry humping him. There's a humor that comes from grossing out people and then there's humor that's more playful that isn't gross. I'd think yours was the former if you nearly got banned...
