    [face_laugh] sounds good, Jason :p

I know, Jess, eating is so very good! I'm doing this thing where, if I run 300 miles over the summer, I get a free shirt :p I'm really gonna try to do it too!

Today I had a pitiful little chicken sandwich on two buttered pieces of bread with a pickle thrown in. I don't know how they do it, but Chik-Fil-A makes that simple recipe taste like a piece of edible Shangri-La.

I agree whole heartedly with Kate. Sheesh, girl, you need celery, lima beans, okra, corn and green beans! :p

Oh, look! Here comes old age's motherly essence with your lunch for tomorrow. ;)

    Um...no.

:p Tooday is my sister's birthday and we're going out to eat later, so I didn't want to eat much. I just grabbed what I found at the house. *shrug*

Kasey, your meals are getting predictable! I was reading down the page and when I saw your lunch (I couldn't see your username cause I had the page scrolled over) I thought "hey, I bet that's Kasey's lunch!" and it was :p

    well at least you're consistent!
and Happy Birthday to your sister! :)

Three hundred miles over the summer? Hmmmm, you be careful with that. The one year I had that many miles over the summer ended with a less-than-stellar performance at the championship meets. However, when I do nothing but lots of easy miles over the summer and save the really hard running for the season, I end up with great times at the end of XC. Even if it does annoy my coach when I'm slow in the first few meets. [face_blush] He should know better by now, after two years of slow starts and great finishes. :p

I took it up a notch today for lunch. I had a spicey bowl of dan dan noodles. Not only is it fun to say, they were delicious to eat. And they were spicey, like me!

I'm not too fond of spicy. I'm having quesadillas for lunch. Hypocracy?

    Spicy foods = & [face_love]

I had a nice two bowls of Campbell's Cheese, Broccoli, Potato, and Chicken Soup complete with a glass of water. Great stuff, that... ;)

Now it's time to go and be a slave to the grind....

Today's lunch was Wendy's. A #7, which consisted of a Chicken sandwhich (mayo only), fries, and a Coke. :)

And now I'm having a glass of water, so I can take my Tylenol. :)

So you're saying I get 30 pieces of silver for eating todays lunch, John? Well, that is dispicable!

Spicey is overrated. Bland is consistent and safe. Like me. :D

Oh, and I'm too lazy to go out and get something for lunch so I'm eating a protien bar. It's actually quite good.

Sometimes, I wonder that if my toes looked like hot dogs, and I was hungry enough, if I'd ever try to eat them.

Boy, by the end of the workday, my thoughts are messed up. It's like you can see my sanity slipping away.

    *watches John's sanity slip by*

Might want to try to catch it before it gets away :p

Kasey, that was just the slightest bit less predictable! Good job! :D

Let's see.... I had an assortment of fruit and a blueberry bagel and a Capri Sun. :)
