    Carpathia

It's Titanic meets 30 Days of Night.

When the survivors of the Titanic are picked up by the passenger steamship Carpathia, they thought their problems were over.

But something's sleeping in the darkest recesses of the ship. Something old. Something hungry.

The Blockbusters here is moving location and selling all their stock. So I picked up Avengers, Hunger Games, Hugo, Tin Tin, Tangled and The Lion King, all on Blu-Ray, for way cheap. I felt really bad about it when I thought they were just closing but have less guilt now that I know it's to move. :)

Bought Blu Ray Fringe Season 1, 2, and 3 to celebrate the purchase of a brand-spankin' new 60" TV! Unfortunately, they didn't have season 4. Each set cost $22!

Purchased the rogue-like FTL: Faster Than Light, which was released on Sept 14 following a successful Kickstarter campaign. Have already died horribly in the 3rd sector - I like it. :)

Lately I've bought a few compilations from Rough Trade Shops. These CDs are wonderful collections of alternative music and a great way to discover new bands.

Today I also found a copy of Simon and Garfunkel's Live in New York City 1967, which I have wanted for years.

I had to show off the new Storm Trooper case I bought for my iphone today! Check out the reflection in the black part of the eyes. So excited! It has truly been a Star Wars Weekend over here...(with a little bit of Dr Who thrown in the mix!)

Pathfinder comic #3, Amazing Spider-Man #700. I am jumping on the Spider-Man thing without having collected or read any for many years.

Found the novel The Dig based on the pc game of the same name.
