Here are the final details of the event. There is a special/intimate meet n greet with the author from 10-10:30, then a break until 11 when the author hosts a larger 30 minute presentation to the general public. After his presentation, the book signing will take place.

We will be set up outside the auditorium as people wait to enter. Since the VIR (Very Important Reader) session starts at 10, we should arrive at 9 to get into costume and set up the banners. We'll pose for pictures and entertain. This will be a very laid back appearance.



We have been invited to appear at the Tom Angelberger book signing to be held on Saturday September 13. If the name does not sound familiar, he is the author of the childrens series of the Star Wars origami stories. The 7th book in his series was just released and he is touring to promote it.

The location is TBD as the host (Monkey See Monkey Do) does not have enough room to hold the signing in the store and are in the process of securing a location as well as coordinating a time with the author. I am told that the target time is early afternoon.

Please post your availability ASAP as our prescence will help determine the size of the location of the event. We will pose for pictures and act as an honor guard for Mr. Angelberger.

I would be interested, but I work Saturday days. This is the same day as Joe D's Toy Show. Hopefully this event would be later in the day?

 

We will be on our cruise, but would like the newest book to be autographed if someone could do it. Let us know and we can get the book to you before we leave.
