    Free running?

Is that like the black guy in the James Bond trailer? He's a free jumper or something? I think?

So how does one "free run" exactly?

Yea, the black guy in the james bond trailer is a free runner.

In fact, he is the person who invented it.

And free running is basicaly what skate boarders do in the street...except without the skate boards lol

You go running like normal, but run on things (like small walls) and do jumps and tricks on and over things.

Search on the web and your bound to find lots of info (the videos are excellent!)

    Thats some pretty impressive running!

I also remember a BBC ad a few years back that had a French guy jumping and running off and around buildings.

That was also amazing to see. I was convinved it was special effects for a while, but then I read something about it in the newpaper.

Looking forward to both James Bond and Top Gear now!

Also, yay for the Cool Wall! Can't believe that the Jag placed so low! If any BMW's placed higher than that I'd cry.

Top Gear is the one remaining light on UK TV, and yeah, that boat race had me in stitches. Richard Hammond trying to get up the hill in the VeeDub, along with "Oh my God - it's sinking!" and seeing the view from his camera when the water began pouring into the van as he scrambled out were probably the funniest parts. If it had been a bit windier though, I'm sure James May could have run up a spinaker and he'd have been a hell of a lot quicker!

    Roll on next week!

Another quality episode tonight. I was a bit disappointed to not see something akin to the Amphibious cars but that was still funny seeing Richard and James flying everywhere in that S Class.
Also, nice to see Ewan get a respectable time. I still prefer the Lliana though over this new car.

I didn't think he was going to do that well on his lap, but he came through.

Still, it wasn't as funny as the lame version of pimp my ride! [face_laugh]

lol tonights episode was brill, but it will take a hell of a lot to beat the amphibious cars.

Ewan not releasing the hand-brake was class [face_laugh]

And when they went round the corner in the merc and richard flew across to the passanger seat

Top quality programing, stick that in your lower-class, chav-tastic pipe and smoke it big brother!!

    =D= Tope Gear rules forever!!

    I want that Koenigsegg.

    [image=http://www.allfastcars.com/wallpaper/koenigsegg-cc.jpg]

It isn't the Top Gear one but come on......

Why oh why would you spend £80k on the crap that is the Porsche Cayenne when you can get a far better and superior vehicle from Range Rover (anniversary model) for £20k less?????

Why would you spend so much money on any 4x4 anyway?

Unless you live in the country or have to navigate rough terrain they are completely impractical

100% agreement with you there young Richard.

The Cayenne is a completely impractical vehicle except for the chavvy urbanites who insist on havving one for poor Timothy as they don't want their car to be damaged running the risk of hurting him. Even though Top Gear has shown just how safe a 3star car is and with most 4x4's being 3 star cars I think I'll stick with my Primera.

The fact that the Cayenne can't even accomodate off road tyres shows just how crap and pointless a car it is.

That whole caravan episode was hilarious!! How peed off did Jeremy look halfway through and James' parking left quite alot to be desired... set up the entire thing may have been (especially the fire) but DANG I would have been the batty old woman dragging Hamster off as well :D

Top Gear is one of the best things on TV... EVER!!
