TOR TOR and the Live Action

    TOR's got a couple of novel tie-ins, and Knight Errant could be considered part of this TOR-era theme that we have running here, as well. So we have novels, comics, and video games. The only thing we're missing is a TV series. Do you think that TOR could've benefited from a live action tie-in? Instead of having the upcoming live action series set in during the Dark Times, place a set of characters against the backdrop established by TOR?

    I'd watch it either way. :p I'd just prefer it to be set as far away from the Dark Times as possible.

    If TOR is successful (which it should be) and the live-action series is successful (which it probably will be) then I'd expect Lucasfilm to greenlight an Old Republic TV series eventually. But we're talking years away.
