How does the movie and book differ in the neginning?

 

The movie has an intro, with a lot of stuff from The Hobbit, and a whole lot from The Silmarillion.

Yeah I've read Two Towers and The Return of the King more the than the Fellowship of the Ring. So I don't remember though but what was the name of the man in the movie who was evil and wanted to marrie the Lady of Rohan?

 

I believe he was Wormtongue.

Especially how they're going to change how he performs, the act. But I think the whole thing with them saying the Scouring of the Shire isn't in the movie is really a huge cover up, and they're going to surprise everyone at the end of the movie with the Scouring of the Shire.

Oh, and if you didn't hear Jodo, PJ himself said the Scouring was out... but like I said... I have my suspicions.

 

Dude the Scouring of the Shire, was awesome, I wish I was there to see Merry and Pippin in there kool clothing and stuff! and then what happens and how they take charge, its awesome!

I wish I was a Guard of Gondor, in the silver and black armor and stuff.

 

Yes, it was very great. The four Hobbits laughing there butts off, after all the things they went through, the Scouring was like a joke to them... hilarious.

Though still sad, and surprising.

 

Ya I really don't care that it was a joke to them, cause it was kool, and Pippins Gondor Armor was kool, he was a miniture royal guard in black and silver.

It was also kool how they hobbits fought back.

 

Heres a question for you guys...

1) How did Gandalf know that the ring had awoken? What pointed this out?

 

Remember the first movie, when bilbo drops the ring and leaves and gandalf goes to pick it up and sees the eye of sauron. That started it all, he knew at once Sauron was growing and the eye was searching for the ring, he set out at once and found aragorn, and together they searched for Gollum because he's the only one who knew about the ring.

 

Okay who did Frodo sell his place to? And after selling it, what did she/he do wen going about the house?

 

Samwise... but he gave the house to him, I think.

Unless your talking about before the Ringbearers quest began.
