I'll give it a go, TiePilot. And Leona, I liked Buffy... the first few seasons, but those last few really dragged the show down IMHO.

 

I agree. The first six and three quarters seasons were good. However, from episode 19 of Season Six to the end of Season Seven, it sucked. Purely and simply. It can't be a coincidence that the fact that one of the characters nominated in this tourney (and is currently being voted on) was callously killed off at very much the same time.

As for PGSM, it was on the strength of the Sailor Moon characters as portrayed there that I nominated them for this (even though I used anime pics in all but Beryl?s case).

Faith - One of the more interesting characters from Buffy; sometimes psychotic, but never whiney.

Methos - Cynical anti-hero, he was always interesting and entertaining, much moreso than the Buffy the Whiney Speech-maker of later seasons of Buffy. Meh.

Madmartigan--That was tough, Hurley is a great character.

Methos--has the best line in the entire series, "Do you know who I was? I was Death!.

Here's the whole thig from Methos, as it was a speech, and too long for me to memorize: "Yes. Is that what you want to hear?...Killing was all I knew.
