Edmonton Toy and comic book show details.

Hey all I'm just going over details in my head so we have everything ready for this cool day coming up.

How many tables do we have?

Do we have a banner?

Is anyone making anything like that pictureboard we had last time.?

Do we have flyers and cards ready to go.?

Also as I said I'll see about looking into a cheap dvd player mini, depending on cost.

I was thinking with Berx as well and we tossed the idea around of having our unleashed statues on the table. I think it's a nice idea being it's a comic book show and all as we make sure we have 'please do not touch' and keep an eye on them.

I have Anakin, Obi-Wan and Vader(no removable helmet)

anyone up for that thought?.

 

Like I said, I can bring my Luke and Palpatine.

 

I have a basic banner and most of the picture board ready. I have to run over to my moms and print up more pictures (I'm trading tech suport for use of her fancy smancy printer ). I'll get them to Shanna before I leave and she can worry about it. I'm not sure how to rig the banner to the table though.

 

I don't have any unleashed but I do have a Epic force Luke.

 

2 tables, NOT paid for yet

We still have our flyers from previous events. I assume that most people still have their "business cards" as well.

I don't have any Unleashed figures either, but I think that is a great idea to have... If I am not at the hospital, I might even bring some of my carded OT figures if I can find my plate stands...

I'll bring my interactive r2-d2 to put on the table as well, as long as we put please do not touch signs near them I don't mind.

Just to recap:

$65.00 is what we owe for our two tables. I am assuming that you all know what Shane looks like, so if I am not able to make it, you guys will be able to hook up with him to pay for the tables. I will also try and get the flyers to somebody beforehand, and I will kick in my share at that time.

This is a costumed event if you want to come in costume. If I am able to come, I will be wearing my robes.

Show starts at 11:00am, so I think if we got there at around 10:20-10:30 and got set up, we would be good.

 

I won't be there until after lunch... Do we have to pay to get in? (or is there free admission with the table?)

 

Should be free admission... just let them know you are a Vendor when you get there.

 

Hopefully the costume will give it away

 

I kinda remember what Shane looks like. Either way I'm sure the folks at the door will know who we're looking for.

Hey everybody,

Well it doesn't look good for me to make it out to the show tommorow... Mom is still in the Observation Unit, and visiting hours are limited in there. Which really sucks cause I really really really wanted to come out to this event... But what can you do I guess?

Berx, do you want to swing by my place in the morning to pick up those flyers?
