Does anyone know if any toy or comic shows in the surrounding areas? I'm doing some research on them and I need to find more. I know of Toyman and a couple comic shows but nothing else. I'm willing to travel about an hour or so to find them, but not too much more.

    HELP!!

Is the Toyman show the one that's at the Union Hall off St. Charles Rock Road?

What kind of research are you doing there?

I'm going to try to make it over there. I haven't been to one of their shows in a couple of years.

I'm looking at vendors behavior and the reasons they sell at shows like that. For example, some sell at a loss why do they continue to sell, do the males treat females differently, etc. Always dangerous to ask an academic about her research, I could go on and on....

I will be posting the interview on the boards in various places. I will also post the finished study on my [link=http://www.freewebs.com/dajuanraab]professional website[/link]. Also be putting up my old study on sleep and stress soon.

The 16th is on a Tuesday. Don't these usually happen on a Saturday or Sunday? Or does it go on all weekend?

Hey Dajuan - I missed the toy show. Got busy with some stuff that is way to long a story. I'm assuming you made it, what with the research and all. Did you happen to see any A) PotF Y-Wing fighters MIMB?
    B) PotF B-wing fighters MIMB?

I need to get one of each, I think they are to the two I'm missing.

Research went well. I didn't see either of those, butthen I wasn't looking. The next one is in May, I'll look up the date soon. There is a private trading board I might be able to hook you up with if you're interested. They might actually have the ships way cheaper than others. I'll make some contacts.

EDIT: I contacted someone to get you in there. Let me know if he contacts you and/or if you need the link to the board.

Ok, this kinda sorta goes under this topic, in August Wizards of the Coast is releasing some random packs of star wars minis that are a continuation of the D&D minis they did about a year ago. They are plastic minis that may have some sort of their own game built in, but the primary use is for RPG's so they are probably only about an inch or two tall.

I'm gonna try and make this one. That sounds familiar.

I wonder if anyone will have the new OTC figures or more importantly, what they'll be charging?

I gots to get some of those.
