    That so cool....

Im trying to stick to costuming and steer clear from collecting, its expensive enough just doing the one. I have been so tempted to buy a few peices though, collectable chaos had some stuff heavily reduced last sat when i was in there, I so hope they have sold them, im going in there tonight and may not be able to resist lol

will definately be at toys are us for a look though....

I'll be there. We went last time after listening to djs and a dj comp at the old 7 Stars on Angas St. Beer + lots of Star Wars toys = depleted bank account on many fronts :)

Thats is a good question since i organised it last time around and they havent been in contact with me at all :(

Seems Head Jawas in Sydney are either slow on passing messages or the jawas here in Adel. are worse and being a***s

I would love to see these characters!!!

    HA !
Toys R US have missed out anyway.
Most of the new stuff is readily available from around town now anyway.
Too slow, too inefficient & doesnt care for or understand what the collector or fan wants to buy.
    Poor business acumen.

The only reason to attend the midnight BS is to get the "freebie" given away on the night. Which is never a "freebie" anyway.
I ain't planning on doing squat for the pinheads.

Went into Target at Castle Plaza around lunchtime. Noticed a huge bunch of boxes near the entrance but didn't pay much attention, even though I saw some of the already released stuff (Vader helmet). Went to the toy section and the Star Wars stuff was minimal. Hmfpht says I.

Grocery shopping beckoned, so headed out the store (after playing for 10 minutes on a Nintendo DS, great handheld console). Notied that Ep IV DVD was playing. Noticed boxes were opening. Noticed new Star Wars toys. :D

Went and did grocery shopping and upon return bought two medium Grievousesesses (8"?). Ugly figures this line are, but I thought why not. $23 each, I thought they'd be about $30. One has already been ripped out of box and placed on tv (no Star Wars stuff is downstairs, but I relent for the leadup to new films).

    [image=http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y35/oz_skip/Grievous.jpg]

Only negatives about the day were (a) I forgot to check the mini 'super deformed' style figures to see whether they had the Obi/Grievious pack and (b) I didn't buy the *one* Anakin Jedi fighter ship they had. I don't collect Anakin stuff, but (excuse the phrasing, but I watched Fear of a Black Hat last night) this ship is 'tha bomb'.

Get a hold of the Grevious "bonus" pack....
Nice, but a bit pricey at $28.

But K-Mart had 15% off storewide today.

The big snowspeeder (lego) went down to $127....

Well looks like they have been beaten to the punch, i went down to the city TRU and the manager told me they have an exclusive poster and if we did get dressed up we could also have a upcoming holo yoda figure when their catalogue is out.....

seems a mr. Steve A. is organising costumed characters for them but manager didnt know anything about it!!!!!

Is it worth doing or not???
