All I know about Avatar--the Last Air Bender is what I've learned from the Lego sets. ;)

As for TMNT, Here's a first installment:

    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
    Name: Raphael
    Type: Ninja Turtle
    Sex/Species: Male, Mutated Box Turtle
    Age: 17
    Height: 5'2"
    Weight: 86kg
Description: Oddly mutated turtle. Musclue structure of limbs & head are very similar to human structure. Unknown what other effects mutation may have causes. Speculation on whether this is a viable species or a steryle freak of DNA continues.

    FP 2
Equipment: matched pair of Sai (Str+1D+1), 3 Shuriken (Str+1D), Ninja climbing claws (+2d to climbing, +2 to brawling damage), Bandana/mask (usually red)
Notes: The TMNT can withdraw heads & limbs into their shells. While not mobile, it is a very effective defence. Shells provide +3D physical armor to torso & retracted limbs. Their freakish appearance usually inspires fear in humans, though some assume that they must be wearing "awsome costumes, dude." TMNT can also swim and float with ease (+2d).
Personality: Rafael is the walking anger-management problem of the group. He is the first to challenge authority of others, and the most likely to start a fight. If that fight is with anyone other than his "brothers", he is also the most likely to finish the fight. Though he has focussed on using a defensive weapon (sai), he is the most aggressive of the team.
Rafael is the most solitary of the quartet, often wandering off (and getting into fights) on his own.

Personality: Leonardo is the tactician and default leader of the TMNT when Master Splinter is not arround. He most strictly follows the code of Bushido, and tries to get the group to work as a team. This sometimes puts him in direct conflict with the independant spirit of Raphael and leads to arguments.

    Personality: none.
The mousers were created by a scientist named Baxter Stockman. The reasoning behind them varies. One version says he created them for The Shreader to hunt down the TMNT, another that he sold them to the City of New York as a pest-control device with a hidden program that made them tunnel into bank vaults and steal money for Stockman's research. Whatever the reason, Mousers pose a serious problem for whomever or whatever they are programmed to hunt. There is no current information about how many Mousers were produced, or have survived. They may still even be in production, with an army of droids building up for whatever purpose the current owner of the factory may devise...

Equipment: Katana (Str+1D+2), Naginata (STR+2D) 3 Shuriken (Str+1D), Ninja climbing claws (+2d to climbing, +2 to brawling damage), Battle Armor (+2Dphy, +1d Energy, no dex penalty, +1D brawling damage), Red or blue cape, Hordes of followers, Resources of the entire Foot clan, more Yen & $ than any sane person could spend.
Personality: Power-hungry, with an all-consuming drive for power, Oroku Saki killed or tried to kill all his rivals. Only one is known to have escaped (well, sort of) his murderous wrath: Splinter. An intensely jealous person, Saki (AKA The Shredder) spilled mutagen onto Yoshi while trying to kill him. Yoshi then touched a rat, causing him to mutate into Master Splinter. The Shredder has been trying to kill Yoshi (and his turtle deciples) ever since. Unfortunately, Shedder has fallen in with bad company recently. His human followers deserted him, forcing him to built android/robot henchmen, and his scientists are borderline sane at best. The result is that Foot equipment is highly excentric to totally impractical and nuts. In this regard, the Foot makes Cobra Command seem structured, organized, and functional. (Hey, at least it takes highly trained millitary ADULTS to fight Cobra). This situation is no doubt causing great frustration and tension in Oroku Saki, and may explain his decline in intelligent ideas, schemes, and plots.

Yeah, I figured shredder was nuts.

I've been working on d20 stats for Wolverine lately (only exist in my head, right now, however) so I'll try and get those up when i have a chance.

    ooops.
Forgot to put in DSP: 7

Really, this version is kinda a hybrid between the original and the cartoon. I suppose I should do separate versions as I did with Cobra Commander...

Eh, maybe tomorrow. Oh, wait... it is tomorrow... [face_worried] Now I'm confused...

    Glad you like them:)

Background: Hordak booted Skelletor to Eternia after completing his conquest of a dimension full of trees, floweres, forests, and pathetic humans. Officially, this was so his promissing student could expand the Horde's empire, but in reality Hordac just wanted to get rid of a pest. Since then he has taken to ruling and administering his kingdom with an iron fist. Naturally, some of the more annoying of the pesky humans have taken up a Robin-Hood style rebellion, but their leader turned out to be a barbie doll in valkerie's clothing. Other hordlings laugh about this behind Hordak's back.
Personaliy: Hordak is very much the petty tyrant. Hordak is a very powerful and able Force user, but also a diplomat and administrator. He views Skelletor as a great failure and disappointment. He is not above doing a dirty job himself, but he does prefer to have lackies to it for him. He is into tough love. Where Skelletor would scream about the world hating him whenever He-Man foiled his plans, Hordak would order someone executed, then figure out where he went wrong.
Objective: To take over all the known worlds, and any out there that are unknown. To make every sentient being worship and fear him. Deep down, he has the insecurity of every meglomaniac
A Quote: "Stop them. Kill them!" "Listen to me: Surrender, or Die."
Connection to other characters: Supreme ruler of the Horde, Tyrant to the human and quasi-human subjects, and disappointed father-figure to Skelletor.

Equipment: Command of Dinobots, Blaster (5D), Sword (Str+2D), Armor (3D phys, 1D en), Alternate Mode--Dinosaur (Bite STR+2D)
Background: The Dinobots were built as an experiment by Ratchet, who was obviously bored and not thinking about the consequenses of immensely powerful creatures with brains the size of peas wandering arround Autobot Headquarters. Once some intelligence upgrades were installed (curiously, they did not require a visit to Alpha Trion, or Vector Sigma, or the Matrix to come to life), the Dinobots became marginally useful as dumb muscle. They were briefly exiled for training purposes. Three of the Dinobots survived to the return of Unicron, through no explanation was offered for the disappearance of the other two.
Personaliy: Grimlock is the leader of the Dinobots, in that none of the others have enough brains, strength, stupidity, or willpower to challenge him. He speaks in an ignorant patois with no understanding of proper grammar rules for subjective vs objective. While he sometimes speaks derissively of Optimus Prime, he accepts Prime's leadership and orders.
Objective: To beat up Decepticons and hear stories about Petro-Rabbits.

Background: The Constructicons were built to offset the numerical superiority of the Autobots on Earth. Using the "Bigger is Better" theory, they were given the ability to combine into a single giant robot, Devastator. Devastator has no real finesse, just brute strength and size. For the most part, that seems to be enough, unless Superion or Omega Supreme show up. Devastator was also a counter to the Dinobots.
Personaliy: It is ironic, considering that as individuals, the Constructicons focus on creation, but in a gestalt consciousness, their subjucated individuality forms a schitzophrenic destuctive personality. Devastator is also much less intelligent than any of his components, especially Hook, who forms his upper torso and head.
Objective: The destruction of all Autobots and to obey orders from Megatron.
    A Quote: "Devastator Devastate!"
Connection to other characters: Follows whoever leads the Decepticons, Attacks any others on command.
Note: what is truly amazing is that the Autobots never discovered how amazingly fragile Devastator was. In fact, Devastator was incrediblly fragile and prone ti falling apart mid-torso.

Equipment: Blaster Pistol (4D), Autobot protocol, human friends, alternate mode: Automobile--VW Bug, Commlink
Background: Bumblebee is designed to hide in plain sight. When the Arc crashed on Earth, Teletran1 redesigned him based on the ubiquitous 1960s/70s style VW bug. A major upshot is that Bumblebee is the most fuel-efficient Autobot in existance. Of all the autobots, he has spent the most time interacting with humans and exploring their world. This gives him a tremendous advantage over all other autobots, even Optimus Prime. Bumblebee is also one of the smallest Transformers outside of the cassettes.
Personaliy: Bumblebee is still somewhat naieve, which makes him very popular and refreshing to the aged, bitter veterans of the ongoing Cybertron Wars. For all his youth, however, he is without a doubt one of the most experienced and enthusiastic explorers of Earth and the world the Humans have built.
Objective: Protecting the Earth, foiling Decepticons, annoying Megatron.
A Quote: "I don't get it. Why is this 'fun?' WHEEEEE! WooHOOOOOOO!"
Connection to other characters: Bumblebee is friends with Buster and Spike Witwicki, team-mates with other autobots, and enemy of Decepticons. There is a professional rivalry with Ravage, though out of mutual respect, they never comment about it with others or allow it to interfer with combat.
Note: When rebuilt as "Goldbug", 2D of Bumblebee's camoflage sneak get re-allocated to "Running" to reflect his new, attention-getting, shiney coloring and higher accelleration and speed rate.

I've been trying to think of all the rules you'd need to run a transformers RPG. With the soon-to-be-released movie, there is probablly some interest out there. While I do know of Robotech and Battletech RPGs, and someone was once running a Champions-based Transformers game, I don't believe there was actually an official version:-B. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Problems you run into are the inconsistencies in the early cartoons, alternate histories with the comics, different eras, and just plain weird, tripped-out, what-was-hasbro-high-on[face_hypnotized]8-} ideas that have come up. Never mind the differences between what was shown in the comics and cartoons and the actual toys themselves. On the plus side, those of us who saved our collections don't need to hunt for miniatures! :)

    Some general thoughts:
Character personality should fit mission/specialty and alternate mode. It makes no sense for a Tank to be a pacifist with a penchant for stealth.
Humanoid alternate modes should opperate within the standard rules of min 2D max 4D attributes (noted exception being Dinobots--I'm sure there are others)
Scale is also something to be taken into account. It doesn't make a lot of sense for Bumblebee to have to fight Devastator on his own. Any single constructicon should be challenge enough. There should be obvious advantages and disadvantages to each size category (besides the obvious damage/resistance to damage). Why play a Cassette or a micro-sized transformer when you could play Omega-Supreme-sized powermonster?

Transforming is an action. It can be combined with other actions with the usual 1D penalty. In D20 terms, Transforming is a move-equivelant action.
Alternate mode should provide advantages in addition to cammoflage. Most of these advantages are movement-based. Planes, cars, trucks, boats, space-craft, etc can move faster and in different environments than robots. On the other hand, Megatron and Shockwave transform into guns. Alternate mode therefor has the advantage of additional damage. Dinobots are not faster in dino-mode, but have additional attack options. There should be a balance of some kind, say 5-10D of difference between modes (Megatron gives up nearly all forms of motion beyond hovering, but does more damage, cars can move faster and maneuver more, planes move even faster, but maybe not as maneuverable (scale difference). Since some transformations effect scale, this also needs to be a factor (Soundwave and Blaster lose all mobility and is the size of a walkman--Walker scale down to character--on the other hand, they have 4-5 followers each).

Multi-mode transformers and combiners provide additional complications. Not sure what to do about that. Transforming from robot to alternate is one action. Transforming from alternate to component is one action. Uniting is either a separate action or the same as transforming to component, but requires a command check by the "leader" of the group.
If the party consists of the members of a combiner, who gets to speak for the combined giant robot's actions?

Force-powers don't really come into play, as there isn't really anything resembling jedi in the Transformers universe.

Things that could come up/toy offshoots that could be explored and need special rules: Throttle-bots, combiners, Pretenders, Head-Masters, Target-Masters, "decoys", Micro-transformers (the little things from the last wave), Cassettes, Aliens, Quintessons, Unicron, Primus, Time Travel, Space Bridges...
Note: this is just G1 stuff, never mind G2, Beast Wars, Beast Wars 2 (aka Transformers Pokemon), Beast Machines, Armada, Energon, or whatever else has come out that makes me shudder.

    Anyone else have rules suggestions/ideas?

Equipment: Black & Red combat fatigues, Barrilium Steel battle helmet(+1D physical, +1 energy), blaster pistol (4D), Heavy Slug-thrower pistol (4D+2) Herreditary followers, Noble Title (Scotland), experimental equipment, Castle.
Background: Destro is the current title holder to a noble family that has been involved in warfare for generations. The family has been designing, building, and supplying weapons to governments for years. Destro has taken the family business, MARS Munitions, to new levels of profit by opening his customer base to supplying anyone willing to pay for them. So far, his political connections have kept the British government from arresting him, in spite of pressure from the US Government. Eventual questions about Cobra's management under Serpentor caused Destro to break away and return to Scotland and his own private army and even direct conflict with Cobra. At some point, these seem to have been resolved.
Personaliy: Follows his own code of honour, and is one of the few people who will actively challenge Cobra Commander's plans and fits of insanity. Cobra Command often unknowingly acts as a field test for MARS Munitions R&D department.
A Quote: "This is your plan? All of these tools, equipment, resources and effort... For a piece of Cosmic Grafitti?"
Connection to other characters: Leader/employer of all Castle Destro personnel and armed forces, ally to cobra, willing supplier of equipment and arms to anyone else.
Notes: Destro is one of the few people to have seen Cobra Commander's real face (and vice versa). Only other known people to have done so are Baroness and CC's son, Billy. At one point, Major Bludd tried to take over MARS Munitions by impersonating Destro. Destro expressed his appreciation by beating Major Bludd to a pulp during a prolonged fisticuffs in Castle Destro.
