PT TPM 3D vs BluRay

    Just got back from the theater and I thought that the 3D was just OK, not amazing ... the backgrounds looked a bit fuzzy.

    I'd love to hear comparisons from those who have seen the 3D version and own the BluRay ... specifically as regards to image quality.

    The only obvious differences between the two versions are the new Lucasfilm logo (3-D style, comes at you) and the fact that the final credits have been recomposited to include the staff that did the stereo conversion - it also has an updated copyright date (it now says ©2012 at the end of the movie instead of ©1999 like it used to).

    But, aside from that, I didn't notice anything.

    It appears that they didn't go all out on the sound.

    the original release was in dolby digital ex--meaning extra surround .
    The blu ray was released in 6.1

    But this 3d release is the standard 5.1

    I guess they were not trying to add "dimension" to the sound---just picture.
