The various leaders of the DF decide who is a Squad leader. As for Bib's rank.... he would be a Colonel.

250-499.....Lieutenant
500-999.....Captain
1000-1999..Major
2000-4999..Lieutenant Colonel
5000+........Colonel

The mind boggles at the number of posts that some people have.

Then again, if I were in college again- I would probabbly had time to do it.

 

I'm a high school freshman, which means I don't have a ton of homework this year, which means I have plenty of time for posting. ;0

I think that the rank should be determined by how long you've been registered since alot of people tend to just go around making irrelevant, mindless, droning posts that really don't serve any purpose except to anger people and make their post count higher(I don't consider posts 'upping' a thread to be like this but take into consideration how many of those there are).

Of course one could just side step what I was saying entirely and attack me, "Yeah, this coming from a person who is a Lieutenant!" Well to that I say, for the most part I only post when I feel that something I have to say would contribute to whatever is in discussion.

What scene/line/event/ action did you see in TPM that clearly rung out "OH man, this is a Star Wars movie!"

Well for me, its when Obi-wan and Qui-Gon started kicking major butt against Battle Droids.

 

The intro to Mos Espa for sure.

 

It was when Rune said : "We will not survive this"

 

For me, it came a bit earlier. As soon as the Star Wars logo and theme music started playing, I was thinking "Man, this is new Star Wars! w00t!"

 

"I have a bad Feeling about this"... Comes early, kicks the mood off right.


PS... No One Reaches 5000 posts making rambling, hateful, flaming, nonsensical posts... You get banned long before that happens. Most People with a lot of posts generally have something to say... or at least they've been smart enough not to atract the attention of the Mods. And to Ring Up 5000 posts without upsetting someone shows a lot of thought.

I'll say it again... I'd love to join A Squad.

 

On another board I post at I know a girl who has done just that and has gotten 1000 posts in about one month. But it's not my call.

The Moment I knew this was a great Star Wars movie was at the very beginning...I'm not joking! Seriously it was when Sidious first appeared on screen YEAH!

 

I think it's rather cool that the prequels have a cult following. I don't think I would enjoy them as much if they were mainstream films.
