TPM: Favorite Lines

I am sorry if this is repetitive, but I wanted to start a thread where people put their favorite lines from TPM! Here we go! My first is:

Nute Gunray to Hologram Sidious: Is that, legal?

Sidious: I wil make it legal!

NOTE: I just wanted to start it off with my favorite line. Here we go!

Absolute perfection

I also like the "Are you an angel?" line - it's sweet

 

I've always been a fan of, "You were right about one thing, master. The negotiations were short."

Classic Obi-wan.

I LOVED that line! Especially the look on Obi-Wan's face when he says it.

One of my favourites has to be "The Queen doesn't need to know", more for its delivery than anything else.

lol, exactly - Ewans performance in TPM is severely underrated (especially since his performance in Clones)

Ok, it's not really a line, but when padme gets scratched by that cat-thing in the Arena, Nute Gunray turns around and chuckles to himself. funny stuff.

There are definitely more great lines in TPM than people give it credit for.

Shmi: He was in my life for such a short time.

Isn't this generally true for almost all of the people Anakin loved? Great line. I love the interaction between Qui Gon and Shmi. Liam definitely placed a kind of familiar intimacy between the two characters, like two parents who see something of great value in someone everyone else overlooks.

VERY powerful line! And the music, oh man, icing on the cake!

People complain that the PT [especially Phantom Menace] has too much complicated politics to be considered "exciting" but I think that this line was delivered in such a way to counter that argument. You can clearly see that this ain't no CNN broadcast - Amidala clearly invests some humanity and caring into her planet.
