oh, saw bladeruuner the directors cut for free last night at the regent, some guys just gave me their tickets at the door

 

May be with all these airlines going budget I will make it one day.

 

I might be tempted to go on a weekend road trip, Christchurch weekends are getting a little dreary.

 

that'd be cool, nothing like a roadtrip to beat boredom

oh, it was great!
the regent theatre has a very big screen, its an oldschool movie theatre, not like the modern Hoyts, plus they installed dolby sound...

i got the impression that something was missing though, perhaps my malaysian vcd version has more to it, i am not sure

 

Its always hard to take in everything at the movies, even if you've seen it hundreds of times!

I'd say the fact that you get to see it on the 'big screen' more than compensates.
