TPM Recast with JC Members!!!

I have been instructed by the Board of RecastFilmsLtd to start this thread.

With the OT recast drawing to a close, and after the great success of the "First Project" we have decided to move to pastures new.

For those who are not aware of the Recast Project let me give you a brief history.

Started over a year ago the brief of the project was to recast the entire OT (Original Trilogy) using no one but ourselves and fellow JCers. This thread proved to be quite a success, never moving far from the first page and numbering over 2,000 posts. People have come and gone, Directors gone AWOL (threatening the conclusion of RotJ) but the thread remained and evolved to what it is today. What is that I hear you ask. Well, it's a major media company (with several subsiduaries including RecastFutureProjects & Recast News Network). After lengthy discussions "at home" in the OT forum key players (and anyone who had an opinion) have decided to move on to the next big project:

As RecastFilmsLtd Chairman & CEO I think I'll play Senator Palpatine this time. I'm rather good at being the villian. Even if I do say so myself!

I don't like TPM. I don't know that there's really any need for me in this recast.

So maybe count me out.

Seriously, maybe this'll drown out some of the futile basher/gusher struggles.

I'll be Jar Jar, since I'll bet he isn't a high-demand role. Besides, I tend to cause havoc when I try and help out moderating TPM board anyway.

 

Solojones, you still have a role to play as Director of Buildings, Lighting and Props! RecastFilmsLtd needs you!!!!!

Just like to reiterate what OA said. Welcome one and all! We'll have to wait for Erin Kenobi to post the first official cast list!

Okay, I'll bite... never considered anything like this.

I'll try out for Obi-Wan...

If not him, then Captain Panaka.

Barring both those, I can always be either a Bravo Squadron Pilot, or one of the Nubian Guardsman who take part in the Palace Assault.

 

Just so you know, this was tried before about a year ago, but fissled out...

Anyways I'll be happy to play the same character that I did before- Sebulba.
