umm erin, i dont think your read what Red said carefully..

oh and just another suggestion, it might be easier to see what character is not chosen, by posting the list of cast members by their role in the movie. for example, quigon would come first, then obiwan then amidala/padme, etc..

I didn't mean to sound too harsh back there... it just took me back a little that after I had been cast, I'd been forgotten.

I've been looking over the budget for this one. It's not as extravagant as our last. We had an entire trilogy that time, you know. We're going to have to "acquire" certain costumes again. Morgana, I have some.....shall we say.......friends who could help us out. If you know what I mean.

 

We've got a lot to do before we get rolling! We need to decide where to film, obtain costumes, acquire funds, get some people to work the cameras, build the sets, etc.

Whoa... problem...

No Stunt Coordinator!

Obi, Qui-Gon, and Maul are all stunt-heavy parts, and I have no desire to do that type of thing w/out someone whose got the know-how to make it all work.

(plus, where's our CGI staff? )

 

just a request but can my 1st AD job include the location manager job? cause i think i wont be doin that much as the AD

 

IMHO, but Malaysia is nice for filming. The Ruins of Angkor Wat and the surrounding jungle would be good for Gungan-related scenery.

As for Naboo itself in general... not to sound too whacky, but has anyone thought of Japan or China? They have beautiful countrysides.

 

Albion, Industrial Light & Maskingtape handle all the CGI. However, they are going to need lots of help!

Just as we're talking about stunts. We will need a stunt co-ordinator BUT all stunts will be performed by the actors playing the parts. Some of you guys are gonna need some padding!!!!

 

Okay, fine... then our people need to get us some of the usual stunt gear... including wire-harnesses for me, Erin, and the guy whose playing Darth Maul. I'm a semi-decent athelete when I put my mind to it, but even I can't pull some of those Jedi leaps and kung-fu action moves on my own.

*Tries to find that dang lightsaber with the pretty mauve button again, so he can get back to practice*

 

Hey, I'm a gymnast in RL! Too bad Amidala doesn't have any of those force flips.

 

No gymnastics here... not for lack of trying anyways. Always wanted to, but my parents never indulged me when I was a child.

Black belt in Tae Kwon-do, and some experience in stage and sword fighting. Some as in once or twice... but enough to know the basics of how to not get hurt too badly, and some on how to take a fall.

 

i regret to say that i now won't be able to do this... you can open the spot of Shmi Skywalker for someone else

As some of you know, I am the Chief of Security and Safety here at Recast. There shouldn't be much trouble, and don't worry - my officers won't beat anyone on the basis of their opinion of Jar Jar.

As for casting for me, I would once again like many bit parts instead of one big one. I would like the characters of the guard who Panaka tells to check the communication relays (or whatever), one of the Naboo pilots in the final battle, the male Republic pilot at the beginning, the guard who says "The boy is here to see Padme", and other random Naboo/Republic guards.

That seems easy enough to arrange.

 

I don't know if I'm good at gymnastics. But I work out in a gym and I run cross country at my high school.

Worry not, your ROTJ Costume designer and make-up artist is here! OK, so can I do the same job here, with Darth Morgana, and of course my wonderful staff of Ewoks? (Yes, I know Ewoks aren't relevant to TPM, but I'm not using Gungans!) I've put the Ewoks to work on setting up the department anyway...including, of course, the famous Cocktail Bar!
