I am Watching TPM right now, and I was wondering why the TF listens to Sidious, Gunray said something about a bargain what was that? and why would they agree to invade NAboo? I know Sidious wants it invaded so Amidala will vote 'NO Confidence' in the Chancoleerr, but what does The TF get out of it? And why do they care so much about Amidala signing that Treaty?

They probably get complete control of the planet and its resources. Sidious just wants to be chancellor.

Gunray said something about a bargain what was that? and why would they agree to invade NAboo

The TF made a bargain with Sidious. This bargain was as follows:

The TF would blockade Naboo. This would cause chaos in the senate. Sidious promised the TF that the treaty, singed by Amidala and legitimizing the invasion, would be ratified by the senate.

This whole chain of events would create a situation whereby the senator for Naboo would cause himself to be elected Chancellor.

Remember the "bertayal" Gunray told Dooku about in AOTC at the hands of Sidious?
That betrayal was that the treaty was never signed by Amidala and handed over to the senate.
Basically, Sidious hung them out to dry after he was nominated for chancellorship.
Everything Sidious tells the TF after the heroes leave Coruscant is a bunch of BS.

That's why Gunray feels betrayed by Sidious come AOTC and seeks out Dooku.

Gunray doesn't know however that Dooku is also working for Sidious. He just thinks he's this charasmatic seperatist.

See, they knew in TPM that he was a republican insider. So, when they are betrayed, Gunray and others leave the republic under the leadership of Count Dooku, who also knows the senate is under the influence of a Darth Sidious.
The TF and other seperatists are now opposed to this Sidious, but don't know their own leader is an ally to Sidious.
They're being used just as the Jedi are being used.

ShaneP, great post. Those who think that the PT has "no plot" or a "bad plot," should read this post.

And this is only PART of what's going on in the PT.

He's not. He has no idea about the double-cross. Remember, he knew Sidious was an insider in the senate during TPM. He then leaves the republic based on Sidious' betrayal. He has no idea that Dooku, who trained Greivous btw, is an ally to Sidious. Gunray and the other seperatists are being used to allow Palpious to obtain greater power.

Im talking bout the part were hes talking to SIdious on a hologram then sidious sends Vader.

That was Grievous who was talking to Siddy via hologram, not Gunray. Grievous is another puppet used by Sidious. Grievous fills the same role Dooku did in AOTC....work on the surface for the corporate powers, while secretly working for Sidious.

Remember on Mustafar when Gunray tells Vader: "But Sidious promised us peace!"?

That was part of the deal that Dooku told the TF they'd be offered once the war was ended after they successfully captured the chancellor on Coruscant.

They'd use the chancellor to end the war and be granted amnesty, ala peace.

But, that was another Sidious lie. He only used that as more bait to obtain greater power, dictatorial power, and end the republic.

Dooku was a part of that betrayal also.

Hmm...Maybe the separatists had made amends with Sidious, who might have made some wild claim that the separatists were destined to win the war or that they would be absolved of any war crimes they had committed if they lost, not knowing that the "peace" Sidious spoke of was the peace of death. You can't have people running around talking about what the Sith lord did during the Clone Wars. You have to execute them.

Well, they know Dooku has a master, since he mentioned him to Poggle when they were talking about the Death Star plans. That in mind, the Separatists probably all talked about the Death Star and all know about Sidious.
