My guess would be its from another 20th Century Fox film.
I really don`t think they were a part of the score,I think they were added to give it some flavor....
Temp music. Any amateur composer or sound editor could have made that bass drum line.
Does anyone know where the music from the new trailer "End of War" for episode III came from?
Link to trailer here!
Yes, that's really a wonderful advertisement (my favorite for this film, in fact) and the music complements it well. The music used from the beginning of the spot is from "Padme's Ruminations" on the Revenge of the Sith soundtrack. The music in the second half of the spot (beginning with "...galactic empire!") is taken from "Anakin's Betrayal," also from the Revenge of the Sith soundtrack.
It's a great ad. My favourite too.
But it's wierd - even though i own the soundtrack i thought, initially, that the music was from gladiator... wierd, huh?
Anyone know where I can find the TV spots for Episode III?
Int the teaser trailer where you see Anakin choking Obi-Wan, and some of the space battle scene in the real movie of ROTS, what is the music title thats being played?
The Tide Turns from TPM UE in the teaser.
Hey, those drum beats or whatever during the trailer... aren't they the ones from the very beginning of the movie?
Yes they is.
yea, I was looking for it on itunes but I can't seem to find it.
Well now we have the answere about the drums. I kinda though they were part of the ship.
Yeah, I thought it was some kind of pounding from the battle.
That's why I thought, in the trailer, that Bail shouted "No!" during a real battle, and not a slaughter.
I was wondering if anyone would be able to identify a theme that I've heard in two separate trailers for French films: A Very Long Engagement (click on one of the links below "Trailers" on the right-hand side) and Nouvelle France (click on one of the links below "Bande annonce vf"). The two versions are slightly different (the latter has a chorus), but it's definitely the same theme (the music that plays in the latter part of each trailer, that is). I'm not actually sure whether it's been used exclusively in French trailers, but I just happened to notice it in those two. If anyone knows the title/origin of the theme, let me know.
anyone know what the song or piece is in this TV spot?
Edit: Never mind.
I think it's from the song "Fix You" by Coldplay.
The part from the trailer starts at about 2:31 in this version on youtube
