    There really isn't a way to officially become either. You can join a RPG in the Role-Playing Forum, or call yourself whatever you would like. But... there's no 'official' thing to do. This is just an online message board. And he's right, I'm gonna have to lock this. Please keep any questions you have in your original introduction thread. I like to keep this forum from getting cluttered with individual question threads.
