Roch, NY Tranquility Invite: WXXI pledge drive - Sept 13th 8-11pm

If anyone is interested in assisting the USS Tranquility with answering the phones for one of WXXI's pledge drives - the next one is this Friday, August 3rd from 8pm-11pm.

This is not a costumed event, but club t-shirts are preferred as we sometimes get on camera and can get some submliminal publicity that way.

I didn't really recognize anything on the schedule as being "telethon" worthy - looks like it was newsy/business type progamming.

But, if you'd like to volunteer - just post.
WXXI usually provides snacks and beverages.

We are no longer needed for tomorrow, August 3rd. It appears WXXI double booked and already has enough volunteers for that night.

They did however ask if we could volunteer on September 13th from 8pm-11pm.

 

Anyone available to help out on Thursday?
