Can a Jedi, like say Yoda, give a regular person the ability to use the force?

ex. Could Yoda use the force to put a high level of medichlorians (sp) into someone?

No,you cannot just give someone force powers. They must be trained to use it.

Not powers, maybe the title is misleading, but high-levels of medichlorians(sp).

what if you were to do a blood tranfusion, I think that would be cool, when a jedi Dies preserve his blood and put it in another person, that would be cool

However in the short tale "Skippy the Jedi Droid" which appeared in an issue of the comic strip STAR WARS TALES an R5 unit is lubricated with Midi-chlorians and uses the Force.

Also in the computer game "Jedi Outcast" the Empire create an army of Force-senistive soldiers by using an aincient Jedi burial site to transfuse the Force into their men...however this breed of "Reborn" soldier is no match for a properly trained Jedi.
