Transform Spiderman-Model????? o.O

Hi all I am new here.
I am modeling with 3D-Studio Max 6 since 3 months.
I made some bad X-Wings etc...
I am also a great Spiderman-Fan and yesterday I found this very cool perfect Spiderman-Model for 3D-Studio Max!

But I don't know, how I can move it!
How to change his Animantion, so that he turn arround his head or something like this! I tried to make bones, but the bones don't apply to the model and I am a totaly noob!
Plz can anyone make some bones for the Spiderman-Model and send it to me by e-mail????
Plz I know, that I am a noob but I only wan't to move his head or arms or scale his legs to make some animation!
