hey man this movies pretty sweet.

 

My friends unilaterally love the bit with people yelling at that one guy to stop speaking Spanish, because that's exactly how I am.

Does the Xbox transformer return?

 

is that movie out yet? i'm watching the first one. when the x-box transformer made its appearance i could swear it made the ps2 start up noise. which would have been GREAT. but now i dont think it did. which...isnt GREAT.

Well the whole movie was basically a giant advertisement/propaganda piece for American products and military.

Of course it wouldn't be Sony.

 

i was hoping more for irony than product placement.

They moved the start of the movie back another week. I can't believe it. We even had tickets reserved already.

 

This should read the "Megan Fox appreciation thread."
She is clearly the film's best asset.

So my brother is dragging me along to see this tomorrow night... I wasn't a huge fan of the first but I guess there's lots of cool effects and hot wimmin.

Oh, and I saw some of the (silly) toys in the shop, and one that looks like an F-35 transformer? If so that's awesome. I love the F-35.

 

Just got back from seeing it... man the bass in that movie is crazy.

Oh, and no F-35s.

 

i love roger eberts review of it. i can't wait to see it.

 

OK apart from the tedious low-brow toilet humour throughout the movie, this is my biggest problem:

We've got autobots, decepticons and basically the whole American army and air force all congregating outside the Pyramids which are basically just outside Cairo. You know, one of the biggest cities of the entire region, and what do we see of the Egyptians? Just a few nomads on camels. Where the hell was the Egyptian army, air force, or even one freaking police officer??? It's insane.

 

I was at Burger King yesterday and now have an Optimus Prime toy.
Not sure what to do with it yet, but there's kids in my enviroment.
