    Yeah, someone posted these in the Megatron's Armada thread a couple of weeks ago.

    It looks cool, but I read the first issue is called "Car Wash of Doom 2" continuing off where the original comics left off :p

    My favorite was always Soundwave.

    He'd have that computer type voice.

    He also had this giant gun and a tape recorder.

    He had Lazerbeak, Rumble, and some type of wild cat in him.

    Boy do I love that guy.

    `some type of wild cat in him'

    Ravage, I'm sure. Soundwave was a cool toy.

    Aren't the Autobots out to destroy the evil forces of the Decepticons?

    Are Transformers making a comeback? They were my absolute favorite as a kid (next to SW of course!) What are these covers for?

    I love the old school stuff. That's when Transformers was really cool stuff!

    Does anyone remember that first episode when they were all space ships, and things, and then they crash on Earth. That was wicked.

    There was a rumour going around that there would be a live action Transformers movie coming out in the next couple of years. Now that would be cool!

    Yeah, but whoever directs it better tread carefully. I don't see a live Transformers movie having much of a grey area. I think it'll either be really awesome or a complete piece of crap. I'll still end up seeing it at least twice though. ;)

    Yeah, remember the He-Man live action film? (Shivers in fear) Anyways, so the comic is coming back, and will it pick up where it left off? When did the comic end exactly? I stopped following Transformers during the time of the Headmaster/Powermaster era. I really don't know that much about what has happened since, so any info would be cool. I think it's great they have come back. They were one of the best and most creative toy lines ever produced!

    Nice. In Holland, I was the only kid in the world who had loads of Transformers -- just as I was the only one with Star Wars toys.

    I'll always have a weak spot for them!

    Well it depends if its Marvel Comics, or the G1 Sunbow cartoon series being continued.

    If its a comic continuation then they have their work cut out for them. The majority were either destroyed or returned to Cybertron. The stragglers either migrated to Nebulos, or;

    *Shudder*

    Hooked up with GI. Joe.

    And you'll note the appearance of the G1 Megatron and Ratchet.

    By this time those two underwent considerable changes...

    Now;

    If their picking up on the Sunbow continuity then that would be great.

    Their is a 20 year gap in between the "Kremzek" episode and "Transformers the Movie,"

    This could work nicely.

    You'll note all the characters in these wonderful images are from the '84,'85 toy line....Hell, I can even see the Jumpstarters here...

    And they never made the show OR comic...

    Hmmmmm.

    This could work....

    Yesssssssss.............

    Hey the transformers are back. Now all we need is the GI Joes.

    I used to love Transformers when I was little. The best guy by far was that guy that transformed into a corvette sting ray. And Jazz, and soundwave, and starscream oh I just can't decide.

    Memories of childhood flooding back. They're hurting my head.

    For those of you interested in the re-cap;

    (From left to right, up, working down)

    Photo #1.

    Omega Supreme
    Superioron
    Slag
    Grimlock
    Swoop
    Blaster
    Tracks
    Sunstreaker
    Windcharger
    Ironhide
    Mirage
    Optimus Prime
    Prowl
    Sideswipe
    Brawn
    Huffer
    Bumblebee
    Ratchet.

    Photo #2

    Thundercracker
    Skywarp
    Starscream
    Devistator
    Megatron
    Bombshell
    Kickback
    Shrapnel
    Astrotrain
    Blitzwing
    Soundwave
    Ravage
    Frenzy
    Rumble.

    (I guess Laserbeak and Buzzsaw had the day off...) :)

    Photo #3.

    Same characters apparently matching up with their counterparts; Ie; Prime vs Megs, Soundwave vs. Blaster. ect. ect.

    Note the additions;

    Shockwave
    Topspin & Twintwist
    Longhaul (Constructicon)

    And funny enough; Ultra Magnus...

    Photo #4.

    Devistator and Superion duking it out on some Autobot colony world, with Starscream, Thundercracker and Skywarp egging them on.

    I note its an Autobot world considering the color motif used.

    All Autobot areas had the tan scheme, where the Decepticons always had a lavender backdrop.

    Kind of a homage to their insigna colors...

    Good stuff all around;

    This looks more Sunbow cartoon then Marvel comic though...

    PB: They've got some great CG artists.

    Definitely. I'm surprised at how lively it looks despite the fact that, well, they're robots and computer-drawn.

    How we've improved since 1985.
