Hmmm, what do you know. Herbert Hoover really did have Hoover Dam built. Here's the info for those that are interested. Although, strangely, there is no mention of the alien cube that is really generating all the power at Hoover Dam.

 

I wonder if Herbert Hoover knew that they would install a backup generator that didn't have enough power in the event that the main generator would fail? What incompetence! Perhaps it's the same person who installed the levees in New Orleans?

And speaking of New Orleans and levees, wouldn't that have been a better place to keep the cube and frozen Megatron? You know, in keeping with the theme of how they could kill the most people at one time if something were to go wrong.
