Yoda's now in the OC!

 

RIGHT ON!

 

We did our photos with him Sunday evening outside of Disneyland and California Adventure.

Unfortunately, we only got 3 of us to show up. I guess this wasn't the best weekend for this.


My favorite of the pics we got is of Yoda being held by a very nice young lady named Carole who worked in Guest Relations. She got very excited when we told her that he's been all around the world and showed her the pins under his Hawaiian shirt. She even wanted to come out of her booth to hold him near the Guest Relations sign on her window.

 

Aw man... I was hoping that you guys would wait until we get down to Disneyland in a couple of weeks... I want to see my little guy.

 

Well, James didn't want to hang onto him for very long, he wanted to be done with him and send him on his way.

 

It's just as Yoda's owner I was really looking forward to getting to meet up with him and was trying to work out a time. This is also an on-going geography lesson for my students, they have been looking forward all year to me getting pictures with Yoda for our classroom. (We have been following him since the beginning, studying about the different places he visits). So that's why we are all a little disappointed Maybe we can work out something with LAFF.

we forgot to take him to In & Out. Can someone please do that while he is in Southern California? Like his fries animal style, he does.

 

We already got him with carne asada fries, so at least he's got that.

But yes. In N Out PLEASE!

 

Slowly, ever so slowly, Yoda makes his way towards Alaska....

Trying again to meet up with Yoda...How about in front of the Castle during the pic at SW Days at Disneyland?

 

I will have the Yoda there for that.

 

WOO HOOO!!! I'll get to see Yoda in his more serene, vacationed state. Oh, and I'll get to reconnect with some good friends too.

 

w00t!!! I'll get to see my little Master again!!!

 

It's nice to see Yoda on this side of the world again. That means he just might find his way to Calgary before the snow starts flying again. I was looking at the itinerary and I don't think the Victoria FF is around anymore. You might want to pop in there and see if they are still active.Things are pretty slow on some of the Canadian boards.

The website's going to be coming down soon as it's getting moved to a new place and hopefully a redesign/upgrade. And thanks for the heads up; I've just been checking a few groups ahead at a time to see if there's still interest, since the little guy's been going slower than we expected.



As of right now, Yoda's taking a mini-break in Los Angeles and waiting to come back down to San Diego in 3 weeks for Comic Con International. This is mostly because he's supposed to be in San Fran and the San Fran CR would have had to have brought him back down here anyway, so we're just saving space in JedHead1's luggage.



Yoda did go to Disneyland with us on Saturday for the 5th Annual Unofficial Star Wars Fan Day:

Also, Yoda is too short to ride Star Tours.

One way or another, intending to get Yoda to Hollywood for the midnight premiere of Harry Potter at the Chinese Theater
