    Excuse me, I'm a Trek fan, and I find the jibe about being smarter than Trekkies being accurate very insulting.

    I'm a Trek fan, but I also think I am very intelligent, so I believe it is NOT ACCURATE at all :mad:

    I once read in Wizard magazine that SW fans called themselves "Warsies".

    I gagged.

    I think Star Warriors has a nice ring to it.

    Starwarsians is rather distinguished, but it 'kinda has a rather Shakespearian ring to it. If I was living in the fifteen or sixteen hundreds, though, it would be great. I like Warsies, but it sounds a little to trekish, so I think I'll go with 'Smarter than Trekkies'. Forcies has a nice ring to it, too.

    I always thought "trekkies" refered to all sci-fi fans. The reference being to the philosophy of Star Trek rather than the name.
