http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/BadassLongcoat i was just wondering how many characters in the eu wear coats like that, the only one i can think of is cade skywalker.
Cad Bane also has one, as do does the TOR "iconic" Smuggler, some Bounty Hunter pics in the Sourcebooks also have Hunters with similar coats. Though cloaks (which are just as awesome) seem more popular
Nobody beats out Iaco's Stark glaring gaudy goofy gold trench coat. Nobody. That thing gave me a migraine just looking at it.
The Bravery of Being Out of Range featured Imperial troops wearing trenchcoats over stormtrooper armor. It was glorious.
I'm honestly kinda glad trenchcoats aren't overly common in Star Wars. It would be far too easy for every jackass Sith upstart to just be a cliche bad boy clone in a dark leather trenchcoat, but thankfully that cliche (which is oh so common to video game villains) has never taken off. (Although I will be far from shocked if Disney decide there's more mainstream merchandise in having Sith start wearing something that would appeal to customers as more than just a novelty robe costume.)
what about that smuggler from the old republic? I'd Imagine jax pavan's look is very common to minor criminal's in coruscant. oops, already mentioned, he doesn't have a name though?
