Dude, I haven't had time to re-register yet. I'll add it to my list of things to do today. However, you'd better not be besmirching the Rock! The Notorious G.E.P. is not without the ability to be resurrected! I put her to rest, but certain subjects can raise her ire. Be warned.

 

We'll let the people decide the Rock of Balogne's fate.

Well, I tried registering for the Global account, but I think I confused it...or confused myself, the latter being more likely. I will continue trying.

By the way, I like that last option on the poll, even if I can't vote yet.

-I have updated my theatrical resume/cover letter and sent it out for consideration. I truly do not expect to recieve anything except a "thanks for submitting," but I thought I would give it a shot. I will keep you posted if I hear anything back.

It never hurts to try, right? Like you said, the worst you can get is to be refused. However, this is the last "SW" film, so I'd say go for it, dare to dream!
If you need a reference, I'll vouch for your theatrical experience. Okay, granted, I didn't know you then and didn't see any of the shows in which you participated, but I'll vouch for it anyway.

 

Thanks guys! You can thank Acro for "talking" me into it. I probably wouldn't have actually done it until he gave me that little nod of encouragment to go through with it. Gepper, I will remember to list you as a future reference!

I don't qualify for some of the things that they are looking for (or at least I don't think so!) but I am sure I more than meet the requirements for some of it.

 

There is no need for thanks as I did nothing more then offer my opinion to a friend. It is your own daring that should be complimented and I am proud of you for taking a chance.

 

Thanks Acroyear, Sir! Even though you may not think you needed the props, I most likely would have not done a thing had you not given the little "Moppit Hobbit" some encouragement. I needed that extra bit of "go for it" to put me over the edge and you gave it to me.

(The troopie thread is kind of dead...I guess we all migrated over to the BW/BF boards...)
