Okay, here's the question... (I wonder WHEN someone will be dared here... )

This question has been somewhat censored by my knowledge of the TOS, but here it is anyway:
What is the single largest mistake you have ever made with the opposite sex?

(Vills degenerates back to a giggling teenager and rushes off to the bathroom for a girl-conference)

 

Hard question.

If you'd asked me four or five months ago, I would have said going out with my second boyfriend. However that ended up being one of the best things I ever did, so...

Um...

I guess I'd have to say being friends with someone a few years ago - it led to a lot of pain, a lot of frustration, and a lot of avoidance, as they ended up feeling something I didn't. (Although it's all resolved now anyway, so... )

Well Derisa, according to Indigo's profile, he's male. I think it's safe to give him the benefit of the doubt. (Anytime you want to answer a truth question, Indy, don't hesitate! Vills asked a pretty good one back there.)

My biggest mistake... hrm... that is a toughie...

I guess it would have to be "The girl of my dreams" that I didn't ask out in high school. We got along great, had a ton of things in common, the whole 9 yards. But I thought she was "out of my leauge" and frankly, wasn't interested in me at all "that way". I guess I was blind to the fact that she was interested in me (as I look back now, I can't understand how I didn't see it, and I found out years later that she had a huge crush on me. And while I am happy now, I still, on occasion, wonder "what if..."

So (since it got quiet in here)

Truth:

If you had two friends who were equally dear to you, but one wasn't so well off, and the other was, and you caught the poorer one stealing money they desperately needed from the richer one who really didn't need the money and might not even miss it, what would you do?

 

I would encourage the poorer one to tell the person they were stealing off. If they did not, I would tell them myself - I'm not a big fan of friend's taking advantage of each other.
