Tucson Tucson FanForce Activities/Events Thread

This thread is for activities in the Tucson FanForce. If you have any ideas, post it in here and everyone can take a look and it can be discussed at the next meeting. You can also discuss collecting, costuming, and the like here.

Since I work in a game store and have unlimited access to such RPG's as the Star Wars RPG, I've decided to try to hold these games at least two Saturdays a month. I have a few friends who really want to get into it, and I decided to try and turn it into a TFF Game Night.

If you are interested in this call me or PM me and I'll add you to the list. Don't feel bad if you don't want to, even if no one in the TFF wants to, I'll still be holding it with the non-TFFers.

As discussed, I'm going to be contacting KGun9 and the 501st for the Stuff the Bus/Toys for Tots December event.

 

KGUN would be awesome... what about KOLD?

I'm not familar with the December activities of KOLD. I can also contact them to see what they are doing.

Because I've personally met Guy and Colleen several times, I feel more at ease with KGUN.

Does anyone have any serious objections to me referring to this as the Christmas event?

 

No, but perhaps, just in case, we should rename it "Holiday Event"...

As for KGUN, I think it sounds great. I was just referring to KOLD's "13 Days of Christmas" thingy...

I lived in Tucson for 5 years, and am completely unaware of the news groups activities going on out there. I love seeing and experiencing new things wheeee haaa!!! And now for a moment of temporary insanity...

Well, just got an email back from KGun. actually, I got 2. One person thought it was great but the person in charge of the event said no. Their loss.
