"What the Heck Is It About? Zoe Hart is a cardio-thoracic surgeon (yes, Dr. Hart is a heart doctor) who loses out on a dream internship and has to move down south (Dixie, get it?) to take a job as a general practitioner and deal with Southerners who can't relate to her big city ways.

How Many Episodes Should You Watch? A few. It reunites The O.C. producer Josh Schwartz and one of our favorite stars from that show, and maybe once we get past the cloying title and the Sweet Home Alabama-ish pilot, it could be watchable."

There was supposed to be a Wild Wild West remake in the works, but I haven't heard anything about that in a while.

 

Not "Wild, Wild West" style. Those types always seem to crash & burn anyway. Something more realistic.
