FF:NZ TV Shows

With the end of Battlestar Galactica and Season One of Clone Wars over, I've only got Lost and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles left.

What other TV shows are floating your boats at the moment?

I've started watching the Legend of the Seeker. Not bad in a "Hercules" kind of way. BTW: Kahlan is a bit of a hottie.

 

Got bored of Heroes Dexter and House...


But have been watching Two and a half Men and Big Bang Theory. And Skins, I'm liking that at the moment!


Gutted that Boston Legal finished

 

I'm enjoying "Breaking Bad" and "Dollhouse", the new Joss Whedon (Buffy/Firefly) show. Have been downloading the most recent series of "Heroes" but haven't actually watched any yet.

 

TV3 pulled the Heroes mid-season here with the remaining episodes to be "scheduled at a later date".

I like it, but not so much as to download it. I'll bide my time.....

BTW: I'd rate Firefly as one of the greatest SciFi TV series (besides Galactica). Shame it was canceled. Haven't seen Dollhouse yet.

True Blood is shaping up pretty well too. For one reason or another......

 

try aussie TV, all the good shows like boston legal are on late

and when there is school holiday they just stop the progammes mid season and put on repeats

2 & 1/2 men is the most watch comedy here because it is played nearly every night sometimes 3 time a night, i am sick of seeing the same ones ever few weeks

Life is pretty good, house has lost a bit of it edge

i am like how i meet your mother it at least has some funny stuff in it

 

Got an advance view of Caprica last night.

If the series is as good as the pilot it should be pretty frakking good.

 

Big Bang Theory- Great. Outrages Fortune- Good & anyone watching Fringe? X Files much better.
When will Caprica start in NZ?

 

Not sure if/when Caprica will screen here. Check out SyFy.com for show schedules. Got the 4th season of BSG "hot off the press" from some *ahem* mates *ahem* of mine in the states a couple of days after the screened.

Waaaaay quicker than waiting for our tin-pot TV networks to buy any half decent shows.

 

Finished watching Fringe. Not bad, not bad... Nice Star Trek segue with Clint Howard and Leonard Nimoy in the last two episodes.

Harper's Island is pretty watchable. Not bad eye candy.

Got the first four Clone Wars (S2) episodes to churn though as well WooHoo!!!!

I see House is coming back shortly. Meh...

Lost, Flash Forward, Heroes.

Have also getting episodes of Caprica to watch as well. Shaping up to be pretty good.

 

I vaguely recall somewhere the the TV series of Seeker diverges somewhat from the Sword of Truth books.

Anyhoo, it makes for good telly watching. NZ gets season two of Seeker in the middle of this year.

 

Yep. I'm pretty sure most of the shooting was done in and around some of the same locations as Xena and Hercules.

Could be wrong.... but probably not.....

The Pacific starts here on monday night. It's on opposite Heroes though so will have to dust off the ol' VCR. Remember those??

Flash Forward looks as though it may not get another season.

Lost is all starting to make sense now.......

And this just in.... Those Robot Chicken boys are at it again.

 

Getting into Modern Family, best comedy out in a while. Also watching back seasons of Mad Men, a bit slow at points but quite liking it!

Finale of Lost tonight in NZ

Watched the first ep of SGU last night. Not too bad at all. Mind you I like Robert Carlyle as an actor. He plays a kind of creepy scientist guy that you are sure of his motives. A bit like Gaius Baltar on BSG but not as creepy.
