Yeah, the Olympic Park bombing was crossing my head when I was watching the CNN footage of the explosion. It reminds me of when I watched footage from that night in 1996.

Edit: There's now rumors are a possible device at JFK Library at UMass

 

Report that there was a simultaneous fire at the JFK library. Could be unrelated...

 

There's also reports of a suspicious device at the Mandarin Hotel. Conflicting reports are saying it's either on lockdown or being evacuated.

 

I wonder if it was a "suicide" bomber. I mean that's a lot of blood.

It was near the Newtown families?! What the heck?

 

Boston police are apparently confirming 22 injured and 2 dead.

 

Doesn't seem to be. I'm hearing something about a garbage bin.

 

Seems like the work of a lone wolf-type. Sad.

 

This is just awful. At least the death toll isn't catastrophic.

 

I just remembered it's Patriots Day in Massachusetts today.

We really have no idea yet. Or if it's even over yet.


EDIT: JFK Library fire appears to have just been mechanical.

But the Marathon is saying the bombs were IED's, and police have found more and are doing controlled explosions.

 

CNN is saying 2 dead. 22 injured.
I want to know who did this. It was not an accident.

 

The JFK library fire has been labeled an accident and unrelated.

The rest are still up for grabs in the initial news get on it and report portion of this coverage but the "IED" has been thrown out once and it seems to be leaking out that these were bombs. "Preliminary".

Reports are that two more unexploded devices were found at the Marathon finish line.

Another loser who cant cope, taking his frustrations out on the people who have nothing to do with his plight.

These people never cease to amaze me, its innocents they kill when the people who cause their misfortune are always left scot free...

More misguided anger from some white guy who cant cope and cant get laid or some Middle easterner living in the 4th century twisted by his outdated sand religion.
