New Jersey Two Great Volunteer Opportunities at CIII!

Thanks to JediDajuan (Midwest RSA & STL Co-CR), I have information on volunteering for CIII. If you have any questions, please PM her or post them in this thread. Due to the length, I have to make two posts on it.

Two Incredible Volunteer Opportunities at C3!

FanForce table:

As some of you may know FanForce will have a Fan Table at Celebration 3. The purpose of the table is to promote FanForce, telling the world who we are and what we do. We are allowed to have giveaways, but not to sell anything at the table.

Jedi_Dajuan is organizing said table and she needs a couple things from all of you:

1. PICTURES!



2. FLYERS and GIVEAWAYS

Volunteering at the table:
The times we need volunteers for is:

Thursday Noon to 8pm
Friday and Saturday 9am to 7pm
Sunday 9am to 4pm

• She would like people to sign up in hour long shifts. You can volunteer for as many as you wish, just please be sure to follow through



• There is a list of who is working when (board names only) so we can all plan to meet up easier and everyone can maybe plan to work with someone you?ve always wanted to meet in real life. If you are interested in a time block PM Dajuan and she will add you to the list.

• As for table rules, number one is have fun! This may be our last chance to meet each other in such a huge venue. Obviously be on your best behavior, remember you are representing FanForce. Rule of thumb, if it?s no allowed on the boards, probably not good for the table. Costumes are encouraged, but not necessary, wear what you will

Autograph Room:

What would C3 be without the Star Wars celebrities? BORING! Want a chance to meet some of them and earn free autographs? Well here you go!

Some members of FanForce are helping organize the Autograph Room at C3. We are looking for volunteers to help out with the room. The job listings are:

* Guest Escort
* Floor Manager
* Crowd Control
* Autograph Puller
* Assistant
* Information Guru
* On Call

All volunteers are required to volunteer for at least two 4-hour shifts during the whole weekend. There are a variety of time blocks available. Each volunteer gets to rank time blocks and jobs by order of preference.

Several FanForcers volunteered at the C2 Autograph room. The best way to contact them to ask questions about their experience is to go to this thread in the C3 forums. There is a discussion going on about what to expect and what other FanForce members are volunteering this time around.
