Two Quick Questions

I feel kinda strange asking these questions now. (I have been on for over a month). But there are two things I never figured out.

1. What exactly is watched users and how do you put someone on the list?

2. I have seen a lot of people post pictures and links to other boards and I'm not sure how to do it.

If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated.

1) You click on the user name you want to watch, then you click Add to watched user list, and the rest is simple. Adding people to your WUL allows you to pm them easier as well as looking at their details without having to find a post first.

2) You get the url of the picture and then click "image" in the menu and put it in the box that comes up.
